Imagine hearing on the radio that the local weather agency has declared a high pollution advisory. What are the health risks of high concentrations of air pollution and what can be done on an individual basis to prevent or reduce problems associated with air pollution?

if you plan on going for a run during a high pollution advisory your body will require more o2 to be able to produce more energy to keep doing that activity and of all your breathing in is chemicals and co2 if will effect your lungs and heart with poison
(hope this helps)
