Every day :
- Fruits and vegetables
-1 Dairy products (cheese, milk, yogurt ...)
-A Significant source of protein (meat, eggs, fish or plant proteins
-1 To 2 "servings fat.
-3 Servings of starchy and / or wholemeal bread.
-food Any facts, industrial crops and other ready-to-eat: avoid them
