Balanced equation
2CO (g) + O2 (g) yields 2CO2 (g)
Stoichiometry
1 moles of Oxygen produce 2 moles of Carbon dioxide
Number of moles is proportional to Volume [same temperature and same pressure]
Then 2 liters of Oxygen produce 4 liters of carbon dioxide.
Answer C: 4.0 L
