ok, the equation for the volume is v=
r^2h
so 4,196.61= 3.1416r^2(16.5)
4,196.61= 51.8364 r^2
51.8364 r^2 = 4,196.61
r^2= 4,196.61/ 51.8364
r^2= 80.95
r= 8.99
your radius is
8.99
