if we had 3 points in a triangle shape, you cannot have 1 line through all 3

but if we had all 3 in a line, then there is a line

This is "sometimes" true that Through any three points there exists exactly one line. This will not be the case in regards to a triangle. The correct option among all the options that are given in the question is the second option or option "B". I hope that the answer has actually come to your help.
