How to eat less and not crave for food.

I'm sorry, you want to eat less?As long as you're being safe about it,

I recommend drinking more water. It fills your stomach. You could also eat more greens, like salads, I guess.
Instead of eating big meals, eat small snacks throughout the day.

Some drugs or medications can reduce hunger for a number of hours. Or eating things like protein bars that have a lot of protein can fill you up with less food.
