Senators may vote to recess rather than adjourn when.a they wish to limit discussion of a particular issue. This has been an option for the Congress as a call for professionalism to deter any kinds of issue that may erupt anytime when provoked. Surely, a particular time is alloted for issues to be tackled one at a time.
