Select the symbol = (equal to) or (not equal to) to make the expression true.. {2, 4, 6} ? {6, 4, 2}. so confuse...please help.

If the given refers to set, I pick
{2, 4, 6} = {6, 4, 2}
In sets, as long as the same elements in this case, numbers, are present inside the bracket, the order will not matter and that they are still considered equal.
