14= \sqrt{ (7x)/(3) }+2

You subtract 2 from each side.

12= \sqrt{ (7x)/(3) }

Then square both sides to get ride of the radical.

(12) ^(2)=( \sqrt{ (7x)/(3) } ) ^(2)

Then multiply by 3 get rid of the denominator.

3(144)=3( (7x)/(3) )

Then you divide by 7 to isolate X.

(432)/(7)= (7x)/(7)

You get
(432)/(7)or61.71
