3/4 = 15/20
1 4/5= 1 16/20.
2 x 15/20= 30/20= 1 10/20
So,
yes, she can,
because if we equate denominators it's easier to find the answer, we need 1 10/20 yard of fabric and we have 1 16/20.It still remains 6/20 yard of fabric
