If ABCD is a rombus then |AB| = |CB|.

8x - 13 = 7x + 11 |+13
8x = 7x + 24 |-7x

x = 24 ⇒ D

Answer:

The value of x is 24

Explanation:

Given that ABCD is a rhombus with

AB=8x-13

BC=7x+11

we have to find the value of x

As we know that all sides of rhombus are equal

⇒ AB=BC

8x-13=7x+11

Subtracting 7x from both sides

8x-7x-13=11

x-13=11

Adding 13 both sides

x=11+13=24

Hence, the value of x is 24

Option D is correct.
