Slope, m = 5
Using the slope intercept form:
y - y₁ = m(x -x₁), assuming the line passes through point (x₁, y₁)
y - y₁ = 5(x -x₁)
So the equation in point slope form is:
y - y₁ = 5(x -x₁)
