3(x^2 + 6x + 5) = 0
3(x^2 + 6x + 9 + 5 - 9) = 0
3(x + 3)^2 + 3(-4) = 0
3(x + 3)^2 - 12 = 0
3(x + 3)^2 = 12
(x + 3)^2 = 4
x + 3 = sqrt(4)
x = -3 + or - 2
x = -3 + 2 or -3 - 2
x = -1 or -5
The correct answer option is option c.
