Area=Length x Width
For a square, Length=Width.
Square root of 121= 11
One side equals 11 meters.
Squares have 4 sides.
Perimeter of a square = s1+s2+s3+s4
11+11+11+11 = 44.
P=44meters

Answer:

The perimeter is 44 meters.

Explanation:

A square field has an area 121 square meters .

As it is a square, that means all sides are same.

And area of a square is given as: side x side.

Lets say side is x.

We can write :
x^(2) =121

=>
x=√(121)

x = 11

Now perimeter of a square is given as: 4 x side.

So, perimeter of the field will be =
4*11=44 meter.

Therefore, the perimeter is 44 meters.
