slope = (y2 - y1) / (x2 - x1)
slope = (-7-10) / (5 - (-3)
slope is supposed to be -17/8
I am guessing she made her mistake by adding a negative sign...the student did : (-7 - (-10) / (5 - (-3) = (-7 + 10) / (5 + 3) = 3/8
