Micro -> Milli -> Centi -> Deci -> Base (no prefix) -> Deca -> Hecto -> Kilo
Milli to volts = Add three zeros to the decimal place before 1 because Milli is three prefixes before the Base (volt)
1.0 = Move the decimal place to the left 3 times, because milli is three to the left of the base, and since you're making the number bigger (milli to base)
0.001
B. 0.001 volt
