the supplement is 120 degrees and its complement is 30 degrees.

When two angles are supplement it means they add up to 180.
t and 4t are the supplements.
t + 4t = 180
5t = 180
t =180/5 = 36
t = 36, 4t = 4*36 = 144
So the angles are 36 and 144 degrees.
