The importance of including stretchinng and activity-specific actions is that these actions help prevent injuries to the muscles. They do this by ensuring that an adequate amount of blood is being supplied to the muscle, meaning that it cramps are prevented. Moreover, stretching and increasing blood flow to the muscles improves their range of movement and prevents injuries such as sprains and pulls.

One of the purposes of performing warm-up activities is to counteract harm and muscle strain. The most ideal approach to guarantee that these occasions don't happen is to warm up the muscles that will be utilized as a part of the activity regimen. I hope it helps.
