Answer:

7\times (-3) \times (-2)^2=-21\times 4=-84

Explanation:

Multiplication :

Multiplication means to add equal groups or we can say multiplication is repeated addition . We use symbol × to denote multiplication .

Consider a bag containing 5 balls then 7 bags will contain
5+5+5+5+5+5+5=7+7+7+7+7=35 balls or we can directy say that 5 bags will contain 5×7 = 35 balls .

If we are saying 6 times 8, it means 8+8+8+8+8+8 = 6+6+6+6+6+6+6+6 .

i.e 8 is added 6 times or 6 is added 8 times .

In problem 7×9 = 63 , 7 and 9 are factors and 63 is the product .

To find :
7* (-3) *  (-2)^2

Solving
7* (-3) :

7* (-3)=(-3) +(-3)+(-3)+(-3)+(-3)+(-3)+(-3)=-21

Solving
(-2)^2 :

(-2)^2=(-2)* (-2)=4

Therefore ,

7* (-3) *  (-2)^2=-21* 4=-84
