Get help..quick!!!!!

I have battled with these symptoms myself and it is not a good thing to leave yourself in this state. GET SOMEONE TO TALK WITH!! I nearly committed suicide thinking that no one would understand my problems, but when I opened up to my best friend, he showed me that life was worth living. Now if you are in the early stages, as you mentioned here, you need to find interesting thing s about yourself/life ,like:

What you like to do/ hobbies

Ask people you trust what to do

Get out more- Play outside for a change!

Do these things{ and more!} and I guarantee that you will feel better!
