1. The distance formula given two points is,
d = sqrt ((x2 - x1)² + (y2 - y1)²)
Substituting the given values,
d = sqrt ((12 - 0)² + (3 - 5)²) = 12.17 or aproximately 12.2

2. Calculate the distance between points T and U and from U to V
( T to U) d = sqrt ((20 - 80)² + (60 - 20)²) = 72.11
(U to V) d = sqrt ((110 - 20)² + (85 - 60)²) = 93.41

Adding this distances gives an answer of approximately equal to 165.52. The answer is letter A.
