A car making a circle in a parking lot is accelerating even when it's
moving with constant speed, because its
direction
is constantly
changing, and that's a form of acceleration.

Acceleration is a vector quantity which means that its takes into account both the magnitude and direction. Any change of the magnitude or direction of the velocity would cause an acceleration. The (2) the car constantly changes its direction and (4) the football would change its velocity because of the pull of gravity.
