Keep in mind this relationship

1. Relationship between Speed, Distance and time

→Distance = Speed × Time


Speed=(Distance)/(Time)

2. Relationship between Displacement, Velocity and time

→Displacement = Velocity × Time


Velocity=(Displacement)/(Time)

So, velocity is zero only when

Displacement= 0,so when motion is circular motion,

Total Displacement =0 because initial and final position are same.

But , Speed is not zero, because

Total Distance Traveled = 2 π × (Radius of circle).

So, Option (A)The Starting and end point are same .. . . . in which the velocity is zero but the speed is a nonzero quantity.
