15h + 80 = 140
If you wanted to solve how many hours he worked:
15h + 80 = 140
15h = 60
h = 4.

Baldo's total earnings is the sum of his basic wage, $80, and the earnings he got from his overtime for h hours. This total should be equal to $140. The equation that represent this is,
80 + 15h = 140
The value of h from this equation is 4.
