Interest groups are the kind of groups, organizations or associations that have personal agendas and they hire lobbyists to negotiate with Congressmen in order to pass legislation that favors their interests. For instance, an interest group could be the US Chamber of Commerce or the AFCL that congregates many labor unions of America.

So based off this knowledge, we can eliminate C. :) I don't think it's A or B because they are more concerned with change and advocacy than a "free time" thing.
