How do cells know how to develop within a multicellular organism

Its B as the cells development such as its biochemistry is all controlled by the cells DNA

The cells receive instructions in their DNA to know how to develop within a multicellular organism. Zygote carries the genes that are responsible for development. Cells are specialized through a process known as cell differentiation. Each cell's gene expression are regulated.
