Following the struggles of the women rights movement, women started being acknowledged and accepted more. Their paychecks started increasing and numerous laws against harassment started becoming implemented. Their work hours also were increased to be the same as men. Although it wasn't ideal and more equality could've been promoted, there was a positive result.
