for a sphere, remember that the surface area is roughly 4 times the area of a circle with same radius
so
SA=4pir^2
r=8.4
we are done'
SA=4pi8.4^2
SA=4pi70.56
SA=282.24pi
aprox pi=3.14
SA=886.2336 in^2
