If a mutation occurs in a body cell and the mutation changes the phenotype of the individual what will happen to the offspring of the individual ?

the offspring will inherit neither the genotype nor the phenotype change. i got it correct on my test :) your welcome.

The offspring of the individual will not have a mutation as a result. This mutation would not be coded into the individual's genome, so it would not be inherited by offspring.
