Is the equation below written in standard form? If not, select which explanation best applies to why the equation is not written in standard form. -2x+3y=-5

standard form is Ax + By = C
-2x + 3y = -5 IS NOT in standard form because of the negative. If u were to multiply the equation by -1, u would get 2x - 3y = 5...now thats in standard form.
