Since the question did not ask for what to find, we can as well look for the maximum height reached by the object

Given the height of an object thrown vertically expressed as;

s=-16t^2+100t+200.

At max height,

dS/dt = 0

-32t+100 = 0

-32t = -100

t = 100/32

t = 3.125s

Get the Max height

s(3.125) = -16(3.125)²+100(3.125)+200

s(3.125) = -156.25+312.5+200

s(3.125) = 456.25m

Hence the maximum height reached by the object is 456.25m
