One of the most effective way for Leanna to cool down after an intense bike ride is to stretch and drink enough water to re-hydrate her self. A good guide to know when you have cooled down is your heart rate. Once it starts to stabilize your body will return to normal.

Stretching will prevent any further injuries such as muscle strain, and joint dislocation while drinking enough water will prevent her from dehydration
