Hello,
5x²+5y²-20x+30y+40=0
==>x²+y²-4x+6y+8=0 (divided by 5)
==>(x²-2*2x+4)+(y²+2*3y+9)+8-4-9=0
==>(x-2)²+(y+3)²=5
Center (2,-3)
Radius= √5≈2.2360...
