I'm pretty sure this is what you would do:
5 3/16...You would multiply 5 by 16 which would be which would be 80 then add 3...83
4 7/8....4*8 = 32+7= 39
6 1/8....6*8 = 48+1= 49
3 3/4....3*4 = 12+3= 15
4 5/16....4*16 = 64+5= 69
39+49+15+69=172
172 is your answer!
