\begin{gathered} m=(7-2)/(-2-5)=(5)/(-7) \\ m_T=(1)/(-m)=(7)/(5) \end{gathered}

With the perpendicular slope, we can find the line function

\begin{gathered} y=m_Tx+b \\ 2=(7)/(5)\cdot5+b \\ 2-7=b=-5 \\ y=(7)/(5)x-5 \end{gathered}
