We have the function:

f(x)=x^2+4.

We evaluate the function at x = a by replacing x by a in the definition of f(x).

We must evaluate the function at x = -2, -1, 0, 1 and 2.

Evaluating the function, we get:

\begin{gathered} f(-2)=(-2)^2+4=4+4=8, \\ f(-1)=(-1)^2+4=1+4=5, \\ f(0)=(0)^2+4=0+4=4, \\ f(1)=(1)^2+4=1+4=5, \\ f(2)=(2)^2+4=4+4=8. \end{gathered}

Plotting the function and the points above, we get the following graph:
