we know that

The conversion rate is equal to
(1)/(1. 321) (Euro)/(Dollars)

so

If Kenya exchanges
\$200 for euros

then

by proportion

(1)/(1. 321)(Euro)/(Dollars) =(x)/(200) (Euros)/(Dollars)\\\\x*1.321= 200\\\\ x= (200/1.321)\\\\ x=151.40\ euros

therefore

the answer is

151.40\ euros

Suppose the conversion rate is €1 = $1.321.

We are looking for how many euros.
1 : 1.321 = x : 200
1.321 x = 200
x = 151.40 Euros.

So, Kenya should receive 151.40 Euros.
