Retail companies are part of the supply chains which sell the product directly to consumers rather than to another business. Retail company commonly consist of several chains and would spread into various different region in order to maximize their target market.

Convenience goods refers to the type of goods that can be consumed frequently because they are easily accessible.
Examples of convenience goods are: Pen, gums, newspaper, tobacco, mineral water, band aid, etc.

1) Retail companies send to end consumers! So your local supermarket is also a retail company

2) Those would be convenience goods, as they are bought frequently and are usually easily available.

3) this would be form utility - since it satisfies its purpose better (if it had a better general useability, it could also be possession utility)
