y - y1 = m(x - x1)
slope(m) = 1/3
(3,2)....x1 = 3 and y1 = 2
now we sub
y - 2 = 1/3(x - 3)

Answer:

y-2=(1)/(3)(x-3)

Explanation:

we know that

The equation of the line into point slope-form is equal to

y-y1=m(x-x1)

in this problem we have

m=(1)/(3)

(x1,y1)=(3,2)

substitute the values in the formula

y-2=(1)/(3)(x-3)
