Answer:

NO

Step-by-step explanation:

The main objective of getting an insurance is to have the possibility to receive medical care if needed, the reason being, in an emergency or severe situation, if the person doesn't have an insurance, spending time to gather the money or to find a place to receive treatment on would be dangerous and even possibly deadly. So she did receive what she was paying for, that possibility, even though she didn't use it it was there. Another way to see the insurance is as a back-up, it is best not to get hurt and need it, but if you do eventually get hurt you want to have it.

The answer is : no, if the safety of being insured was worth more to her than the monetary cost of the premium

For example, you insured your child's medical cost in case of accident. Do you expect your child to get an accident so you can get your insurance payment ? of course not
