WE have to use the rules for exponents, if we know them the answer are the following:

\begin{gathered} (5^3)/(5^6)=5^(3-6)=5^(-3) \\ (16^6)/(16^3)=16^3 \\ (21^3)^(-6)=21^(3\cdot(-6))=21^(-18) \end{gathered}
