(\sin\theta -\cos\theta) - (\sin\theta+\cos\theta)^2 = \sin\theta-\cos\theta+\\-(\sin^2\theta+\cos^2\theta+2\sin\theta\cos\theta) = \sin\theta-\cos\theta-(1+2\sin\theta\cos\theta)=\\=\boxed{-2\sin\theta\cos\theta-\cos\theta+\sin\theta-1}
