Answer:

x₁ = 10, y₁ = -9

Slope m = -2, Point = (10, -9)

Using:

y - y₁ = m(x - x₁) x₁ = 10, y₁ = -9

y - -9 = -2(x - 10)

y + 9 = -2(x - 10)

Look through the options for the answer.
