The area of a circle is given by the formular:

A=\pi r^2

Where A is area in cm squared, pi is 3.14 and r is radius in cm

Given that the area is 19.625 cm^2 then use the values in the equation as;

A= pi * r *r

19.625 = 3.14 * r^2

19.625=3.14r^2

Divide both sides by 3.14 as;

19.625/3.14=r^2

6.25=r^2\text{ , r=}\sqrt{6.25\text{ }}

r=2.5 cm
