If 21^(2x)=9 then what is the value of 21^(-x)? Answer and solution please ;)

21^(2x)=9\\ (21^x)^2=9\\ 21^x=3\\ (21^x)^(-1)=3^(-1)\\ 21^(-x)=(1)/(3)
