The correct answer is - Columbian.

The era in which there was large scale exchange of many plants, animals, diseases, and people was named in honor of Christopher Columbus, the Columbian era.

During this exchange there were lots of plants and animals introduced on both sides, some plants became one of the most consumed foods globally, and some animals became one of the most used for multiple reasons.

On of the tragic parts of the exchange were the diseases, where people from the Old World got some diseases from the natives, and the natives from the New World were almost entirely wiped out because of some Old World diseases.

Also, the demographics change with the movement of the people, the cultural landscape changed, as well as the religious one.
