In my opinion, the booth should be organized following the model of an anonymous company, because the stand has a common objective and not an individual one.

Therefore, the constitution of the same should be equal in terms of expenses, and the same should happen with the profits. If a member could not contribute the same amount as their partners, his profit should decrease.

All members would be responsible for the booth to the extent they have participation, which would be marked by the money they contributed to create the booth.
