Expectations or rules at a fob differ from those at your home since rules are put at your jobs and you are expected to follow them since you are close to an adult, but at home your parents expect you to be responsible for the actions you make and the things you say.

A job expects more responsibility from its worker, and there's less room to slack off and make mistakes. At home, certain things can be excused or put off, but in a work environment, situations need to be taken more professionally.
