the plant does not contain the following organelles. centrioles, lysosomes, cilia, and flagela.

The centrosome (two centrioles) are only present in animal cell and is absent in plant cell. These are microtubules which are used in the formation of spindle fibres at the time of cell division. The spindle fibres seperates the chromatids. The plant cell still forms spindle fibres in the absence of centrioles.

The lysosome is absent in plant cell whereas plant vacuoles functions similarly to lysosomes. The lysosomes play important role in removing debris material from the cell. Cilia and desmosomes are also absent in plant cells.
