Hello,
Let's assume x= the year -1992
y the population in million.
y=k*e^(ax)
136=k*e^0==>k=136
141=136*e^(a*6)==> a=(ln(141/136)) / 6
y=136*e^((ln(141/136))/6 * 15)
==>y=148.8457...≈149 (million)
